Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

Cancellation period:

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

 

Cancellation Procedure:

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Tenzio GbR, Ringstraße 15, 57629 Müschenbach, Germany, email: info@tenziolabel.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, email). You may use the following model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

 

Return of goods:

• The goods should be returned immediately, at the latest within 14 days of notification of cancellation.
• You bear the direct costs of the return shipment, provided that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed €150.

 

Consequences of the revocation:

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.
• For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products that have been specially manufactured according to customer specifications.
