Right of withdrawal for digital media

Cancellation policy for consumers

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. downloads, e-books, software), a special right of withdrawal applies:

• You generally have no right of withdrawal once the download or provision of the digital content has begun, after you have expressly agreed that the download will start before the end of the withdrawal period.
• By agreeing, you confirm that you will lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download has started or the digital service has been provided.

 

A notice:

• Please check before purchasing that you agree to the immediate start of digital delivery.
• Once the provision has begun, the contract can no longer be cancelled.

 

Wording for the note on the product page:

“By clicking ‘Buy’, I agree that I waive my right of withdrawal immediately upon commencement of the download/provision.”
